This week-end : photography and gastronomy ...
We've been away last week-end ... and I've been able to try our new "toy" : a new grey camera lens filter that allows us to get lovely effects, especially with the moving water / people ... I can't wait to try it during a storm in winter ! Hope you enjoy it !

Lovely prints from Belle & Boo
So cute ! She looks like my baby sister Gaëlle when she was a baby (and as I still see her)
During my London trip, I bought postcards with great prints by Belle & Boo, illustrator : Mandy Sutcliffe. Check out their site and blog ! They also create gift wrap, gift tags, notebooks, stickers, children clothes ... They even deliver to France with standard postage fee, how great is that ! Also a good idea for birth gift ... I think I might just frame my postcards ! They would look beautiful in a nursery, like my italian puppet (I'm not pregnant for those who wonder, I'm think I'm just a "big little girl" sometimes). And who says we can't anticipate ?
Un nouvel album
Fan de photo, j'en prend plusieurs milliers par an. Beaucoup de portraits, surtout spontanés et non posés, mais aussi de paysage, de macro, etc. La Bretagne étant ma terre d'origine, je prends pas mal de photos de mer et de bateaux.
Une fois n'est pas coutume, j'ai laissé mon objectif trainer dans le jardin de mes parents et dans les chemins alentours. Les fleurs étaient magnifiques, et même si je ne suis ni très amatrice de photos de fleurs, ni experte à ce jeu là, je me suis laissée inspirer. Quelques retouches, notamment pour donner ce look un peu "passé", avec Lightroom (mon logiciel de photo), et le tour est joué.
Par la même occasion, je suis en train de créer un nouvel album regroupant "les belles images", les miennes surtout mais aussi celles trouvées à droite et à gauche, sur Flickr ou ailleurs ....

Sérieusement, je trouve ça super mignon, surtout dans une ambiance contemporaine. Ca n'a plus grand chose à voir avec les bibelots de nos grands-mères ... On les trouve ici. Malheureusement, je ne suis pas sûre qu'ils soient dispo à l'export (le vendeur est à NYC) ... dommage, mais idée à retenir !
